Current Society of Fellows scholar Daniela M. Traldi is co-organizing a conference on Brazil Climate Futures in partnership with SIPA Institute of Global Politics and the Lemann Center for Brazilian Studies. Brazil 2030: Prosperity in a Climate-Constrained World explores how the country can turn its advantages in food, energy, and minerals into broad-based prosperity. Traldi also recently published "Muito Além De Agentes Do Sigma: Trajetórias Femininas E Militância Política No Integralismo Brasileiro" (translation: Beyond Sigma agents: women’s trajectories and political activism in Brazilian integralismo) in the journal Estudos Históricos.

"The article was written in Portuguese - my first academic article published in my native language - and appeared in Estudos Históricos (EH), a prominent Brazilian academic journal published by the School of Social Sciences of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV)," says Traldi. "The journal holds a top-tier A1 rating (the highest) on Brazil’s Qualis CAPES index in both History and Interdisciplinary Studies."

The article was published as part of a special issue dedicated to new studies of fascism, titled Fascismos em Perspectiva: Revisitações e Novas Abordagens (1919-1945), which can be translated as Fascisms in Perspective: Revisitations and New Approaches (1919-1945).
