The application for the 2023 MLA Public Humanities Incubator, a program for graduate students interested in public humanities, is now open. Any graduate student working in languages, literature, or related fields is encouraged to apply. The program is open to MA and PhD students, as well as those working towards advanced certificates.

During the incubator, twelve participants will be placed in groups with four mentors active in the public humanities. Groups will work with their mentors from September through November to develop publicly engaged humanities projects.
